You can go live with your DoorDash integration with Checkmate right from the Checkmate Portal immediately.
After you have added Doordash to your location and it has successfully completed the Quality Check step (performed by our team), you will be notified via email, including a link to take you to the Ordering Platform Set Up/Marketplace section within the ItsaChekcmate Portal, to initiate the integration.
Follow the steps below to initiate your Doordash integration with Checkmate directly through the Checkmate portal:
Note: You, the customer, must complete this step, and we are restricted from completing it on your behalf as we are prohibited from collecting and using your login credentials to access the Doordash merchant portal. DoorDash has implemented enhanced security measures, including implementing two-factor authentication in order to secure their customers' accounts further. They have also instructed their customers never to share login credentials with third-party vendors.
Step 1: Click on “Go Live Now” to begin the process and click on “Continue” in the next pop-up window (shown below)
Step 2: You will be redirected to the Doordash login page
Enter your registered Email address and Password and click Sign in → Authenticate the account details by entering the Six-digit code received on your phone/email address and Click on the Submit button
Step 3: Once you have successfully logged in, a “Sync Location” dialog box will open where you must select the corresponding location from DoorDash you want to integrate with Checkmate. This location should match the location in Checkmate that you began the Go Live process from.
Note: The account used to log in here must have Business Admin level access to Doordash. If not, you may receive an error message, as shown in the screenshot below. To proceed, you can click on the link in the error message and restart the process with an account that has Business Admin level access.
Note: In the case where you do not have any locations associated with your DoorDash account you will receive a different error message shown below. By clicking on the Click here link you will be taken directly to DoorDash to create a location that corresponds to the location in Checkmate with prefilled location data. If for any reason this link does not work, please contact Checkmate support as it may mean that your location is missing address data or your user account is missing user data.
Step 4: Once you have selected the appropriate location with which you’d like to go live, click on “Continue”.
A “Validating” process will start in the Sync Dialog box. It might take a few minutes to complete the process.

Step 5: Once the account is validated, you will see a Success screen, including a confirmation of the date and time you can expect your account will be set live with the Checkmate integration.
Once everything is completed successfully, you will also receive a confirmation email from Checkmate, reconfirming when the location will Go Live.
Once your location is live with Doordash, you will receive a confirmation email from Checkmate that the location is live.
