Why has my account been deactivated?

If you last logged in for less than 90 days, we are required to deactivate your account for PCI compliance security reasons. This shouldn't happen very often, assuming you're logging in to Direct Ordering periodically, but if you're not, just reach out here, and we will get you reactivated right away!
