What types of notifications are included in Ops Notification Emails?
Operations Notification Emails are sent to designated internal users based on the team members who require notifications about specific issues.
The three types of notifications are:
Order Errors: Sent when orders fail to reach the POS (Order Management) or fail to be charged (Uncharged Orders).
Store Status Changes: Sent when a location changes its online ordering settings, such as a store location open/closed, wait time adjustments, etc.
Catering Daily Summary: Sent late-night as a daily summary of upcoming catering orders, conveniently waiting in your inbox upon waking.
Setting Ops Notification Emails at a BRAND Level:
Consider these email addresses as your "global" recipients who will receive all notification emails for every Store location within the brand.
In your Direct Ordering Admin Panel
Go to Settings > in the Operational section > click Ops Notifications
Add or remove your desired recipient(s), comma-separated if multiple.
> Note: You have the flexibility to add an unlimited number of email addresses to ensure that key high-level team members are informed about each issue.Click Submit to save your changes.
Setting Ops Notification Emails at a STORE Level:
You may want certain employees to receive notification emails for their Store location only. Store-specific Notification Email settings accomplish this task:
In your Direct Ordering Admin Panel
Go to Stores > select the Store you want to modify
In the left navigation > select Emails
Add or remove your desired recipient(s) in the Store-specific Notification Emails Recipients field, comma-separated if multiple.
> Note: These recipients will receive all three notification categories listed above (Order errors, Store status changes, and Catering daily summary) for this specific Store only. Also, note that the recipients listed in this field are notified in addition to the Ops Notification recipients listed at the Brand level.Click Submit to save your changes.
