How to find an order in the Direct Ordering Admin Panel

Where to search for an order

Based on the limited information you may know about it:

Search in the Orders page if you know:

• Order ID

  • 8 digit order ID

• Date of purchase 

• Sale Type

  • Sale vs Refund

• Channel Type

  • Online, App, Kiosk, Phone, etc.

• Order Type

  • OLO (aka Online Ordering), Catering, Merchandise, etc.

• Service Type

  • Pick-up, Delivery, Walk-in, etc.

• Order Status

  • Pending, Open, Held, Closed, Void

• Tender Status

  • Authorized, Paid, Refunded, Voided, Failed

• Store

  • Choose the exact store location where the purchase was made

Search in the Customers page if you know:

• Customer Email Address

• Customer Name

Note that search is not currently available for:

• Credit Card Type

• Last 4 digits of Credit Card number

• Amount
