The cancellations report in the “Order Summary” section lets you view a consolidated report for canceled orders for the selected brand/location for a defined time frame.
Note: Currently, the cancellations report is only available for Doordash, GrubHub, and UberEats.
To view the cancellations report -
Step 1: Log in to the Checkmate Portal using your login credentials
Step 2: Select the Checkmate Insights option
Step 3: In the left-hand sidebar, Click on “Details” under “Order Summary”
Step 4: It will open an Orders History report. To filter for canceled orders, click on “Status” from the filter menu. Note: You can set any other filter that may be required
Step 4: A pop-up window will appear where you can select which status to include in the report. For cancellation details, click on “canceled” and “Apply”
Detailed reports
Below the Charts are detailed reports for cancellations by Ordering Platform, including total Orders Cancelled, Revenue, Average Checksize, and % of Orders Cancelled.
Click on the arrow beside the Ordering Platform to drill down to total cancelled orders by day for that particular Ordering platform.
In the detailed report, % of Orders Cancelled signifies the percentage of orders cancelled for that particular platform out of all the orders. For example, in the image above, out of 100% cancellations, 19.5% were for UberEats, 67% were for DoorDash, and 13.5% were for Gurbhub.
