Once your brand has been provided access to the Direct Ordering Admin Panel, you’ll need to know where to go to make operational updates to your brand. Please see the overview below for navigating the portal with the highest level of permissions. There is also a PDF presentation at the bottom of this page.
Direct Ordering Admin Overview
Login
The Direct Ordering Admin Panel provides access for Restaurant Brands to make Design and Operational changes to meet the needs of their 1st Party Ordering solution.
Admin URL
Email & Password
Accounts created by Direct Ordering with activation instructions sent to the email address provided to create a password and access the Admin
Forgot Password
Reset instructions will be sent to the email provided.
Home
After logging in and selecting a brand, you will land on the Homepage of the portal.
Portal Navigation
Sections are displayed on the home page and are always available in the left navigation.
View Live Site
On the top right, click on the order site URL to view the guest-facing ordering UI.
Dark/Light Mode
On the bottom left, switch to your preference.
Logout
On the bottom left, you’ll find the logout button.
Orders
Review and manage existing orders, as well as create new ones. Search for orders right on the landing page.
Orders Review & Search
Review any date range of orders, filter & search orders in various ways, including finding orders that include specific items.
Download a CSV of filtered orders for use outside of Direct Ordering.
Uncharged Orders
Review & attempt to recharge your uncharged orders.
Upcoming Orders
Review upcoming catering orders grouped by date or store.
Reporting
Monitor both real-time performance and historical trends.
Receipts
A list of all orders with the status of CLOSED and PAID over a certain period.
Tenders, Credit Cards & Tender Summary
Payment reporting by store, by tender and by credit card for reconciliation accuracy.
Product Mix
Top menu items and modifiers sold over a specified time range and filtered in various ways.
Order Ratings
Order ratings and comments from guests are filtered in various ways.
CSV Downloads
All Data downloads from the various reports.
Customers
Manage your customers and create new ones when needed
Customer Management
Filter, Find and Manage Customer account settings and block them if necessary.
House Accounts & Invoices
Manage your house accounts and the customers associated with them.
View paid and unpaid invoices and manage outstanding invoices to receive payment.
Blocked Customers, Emails & Phone Numbers
View and manage blocked customers, emails and phone numbers. Customers using one or more of these blocked fields will be unable to place an order.
Loyalty
Manage your loyalty programs, rewards, deals, promo codes, and gift cards.
Loyalty Programs, Rewards & Deals
Manage the settings of your Loyalty Programs, status tiers, bonus periods, and points thresholds.
Manage Rewards granted to specific customers or customer segments.
Manage broad-based Deal offers made available for all customers or customer segments.
Promo Codes
Manage discount-based Promo codes entered during the ordering experience.
Gift Cards & Marketing Push
View Gift Card status, orders, balance, and the date when last used.
Send Push Notifications to customers based on their email addresses.
Stores
Manage settings, revenue centers, images, gratuity, payment processing and more for each of your restaurant locations.

Manage important store details for customers to view and place orders with your brand.
Revenue Centers
Configure and Manage settings for Standard and Catering online ordering.
Menus & Integrations
View Menus that are pulled from the POS through the Chekcmate integrations.

Order Throttling
Limit how many dollars and/or orders can be placed for each service type during each 15 minute time slot.
Menus
Manage images, allergens, tags, nutritional info, etc. for each of your menus.
Important! Other menu settings (such as availability and pricing) will be managed from the POS or in Chekcmate.
Menu
Preview menu categories, items, modifier groups and modifiers to see how they are appearing to customers.
View Names & Edit Images of categories & modifier groups.
View Names & Edit Descriptions, Ingredients, Allergens, Nutritional Info, Images and more for each item or modifier.
Publish Menus
Publish any changes made here to be visible to customers on the ordering UI.
Pages
Adjust the content and display settings for each of the pages that appear on your Direct Ordering website. There are many pages that guests will see and Admin navigation will provide instructions as to where each of these pages will appear.
Content Settings
Manage the Titles, Subtitles and Content for each of the pages that customers will navigate.
Display Settings
Manage the Images that will appear on each of the pages that customers will navigate.
Design
All of the styles and colors that dictate the aesthetic of your Direct Ordering site. This robust design system lets the restaurant brand dictate exactly how they want their ordering site to appear to guests on Desktop & Mobile.
Style Sheets
Links to external stylesheets used for font styles via @font-face (such as Google Fonts links)
Global Settings
Various top-level settings that are used across your site.
Design Components
Make design decisions for pages across your site including the layout, typography, colors, button styles and colors, links, alerts, counts, inputs, forms, welcome, order types, locations, tags, categories, menu items and cards, item builder and modifiers.
Settings
General settings directly & indirectly related to your website.
User Experience
Global settings for your Direct Ordering website, Logos, Order Type Availability, UI /UX Settings, Checkout Fields, Fonts, Image Sizes & more.
