To connect your Doordash account with Checkmate, the email address associated with your Checkmate account must have business admin access on Doordash.
If not, you may receive an error message while self-provisioning, as shown in the screenshot below.
To check if you have the necessary permissions, you can follow the steps below:
Steps to Check Business Admin Access:
Step 1: Log in to the Doordash Merchant portal Portal and sign in with your Username and Password
Step 2: Click "Settings" in the portal's main menu and Choose the "Manage Users" option.
Here, you should see columns or sections titled "Role", "Email ID", "First Name", and "Last Name".
Step 3: Check the "Role" associated with your "Email ID". If you have business admin access, it should be indicated.
If your email is not granted business admin access, please contact Doordash Support to secure the necessary permissions.
