Sometimes, it happens that specific customers take advantage or act in fraudulent ways. In these cases, Direct Ordering allows you to block customers in a few different ways.
Block Customers
Step 1: Go to "Manage Customers" under "Customers"
Step 2: Click on the user name you wish to block.
Step 3: Click "Block Customer" on the top of the page.
A notice will appear "Customer Blocked!" once the Customer is blocked.
To view Blocked Customers
Go to "Customers" and click on "Blocked Customers"
A list of Blocked Customers will be generated.
Blocked Emails
You can check the list of Blocked Emails by email by clicking "Blocked Emails"
Blocked Phones
You can check the list of customers Blocked by phone by clicking on "Blocked Phones"
Unblock Customers
You can unblock the customers by clicking the "Unblock" button by the Customer you wish to unblock on the Blocked Phones or Blocked Emails Page.
Alternatively, you can also unblock the customers by:

Step 2: Click on the Customer you wish to "Unblock"
Step 3: Click "Unblock Customer" at the top of the page
