There is currently no way to merge two customer accounts into one. Customers may reach out to you requesting to merge a work email address with a personal one, for example, but this is not currently possible.
In general, we want to make it clear to customers that once they create an account, the email address associated with it is, in a sense, locked in and cannot be used or merged with another account.
That being said, if a customer wants to fully switch the email address they are using to log in to your restaurant, they do have the ability to do this within their existing account, which is detailed below:
